- Abstract
Mobbing, which is one of the possible situations in which our life will face opposition in every area of our life, is a subject that needs to be carefully examined in terms of the banking sector. For this, a study has been conducted on the people working in the bank. In this research, the role of mobbing on the perceived performance and stress of employees is examined. Findings as a result of the analyzes carried out can be summarized as follows: While the level of mobbing the employees are exposed to shows a significant difference from the marital status, the willingness to choose the occupation, sex, age, educational status, family living status and current working time in the bank. While the level of performance perceived by employees was significantly different according to sex, marital status, educational status, duration of study, current working time in bank, age and occupation of the profession. While the level of stress perceived by the employees showed a significant difference according to the education level; sex, age, marital status, willingness to choose a profession, living with a family, duration of study, and current working time in the bank. It was determined that mobbing levels influenced perceived performance and stress in the study that investigated whether bank employees' mobbing levels affected perceived performance and stress.
