- Abstract
The author discusses aspects of the Family Law Act of Australia, and its impact on the Australian courts. It states that the Family Law Act provides an approach to matrimonial disputes that recognizes the relevance of services such as attending to the special needs of children and on the possibilities of conciliation for those involved in martial breakdown.
