- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the mechanisms underlying atopic dermatitis. The study reportedly involved incubation of polyclonal T cells with K562 target cells that are transfected with CD1a with or without exposure to house dust mites. The results revealed that filaggrin inhibits the generation of CD1 neolipid antigens by phospholipase derived by house dust mites.
