- Abstract
The article presents a case study of fual CD4/CD8-positive ichthyosiform mycosis fungoides (MF) with lymph node, peripheral blood and cardiac involvement in a 43-year-old Japanese man with extensive ichthyosis of the trunk and the extremities. She was treated with fluorometholone eye drops and chemotherapy. He also udnerwent allogenic umbilical cord blood transplantation after the chemotherapy failed to improve cardiac dysfunction.
