- Abstract
The article presents a case study is presented of an 84-year-old woman who was diagnosed with acquired (AAE) Angioneurotic edema and was administered with the infusion of rituximab for treatment. It notes the result of the aetiological investigation which revealed a monolocal gammopathy of undetermined significance of immunoglobulin m (IgM) kappa type with no evolution towards multiple myeloma. Significant clinical improvement appeared on the patient since the first infusion of rituximab.
