- Abstract
The article focuses on the politics in the designation of judges with respect to the justice system in the U.S. and the laws regarding the civil rights that are passed by the Congress of the country. The decisions on the civil rights issued by the Supreme Court and the federal courts of the U.S. are based on the laws passed by the Congress. Information on the designation of the judicial employees that includes the judges with respect to the common law of the U.S. is also presented.
