- Abstract
The article presents a study on the efficacy of ginkgo biloba extract EGb761 in emory loss and cognitive impairments in patients with senile dementia. The study employs immunofluorescence staining, Morris water maze tests, and cerebral perfusion fixation and specimen collection. Results suggest that EGb761 enhances proliferation of neural stem cells and improves learning and memory in rats with vascular dementia.
