- Title
National Institutes of Health Discover Naturopathic Principle.
- Authors
Lamson, Davis W.
- Abstract
The author focuses the naturopathic principle, the concept of stimulating the immune system as a defense against difficult infection, discovered by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). Particular focus is given to the case history of recurrent methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) outbreaks that were reported in June 2010. It is noted that correction of factors known to reduce immune function did not stop repeat infection but the application of immune stimulation method popular in the 1930s arrested the MRSA outbreak.
