- Title
Dos apostillas a la libertad de expresión.
- Authors
Pasquali Greco, Antonio
- Abstract
The article discusses two points related to freedom of expression and touching upon the closing of RCTV by the Venezuelan government. The first point is that freedom of expression has been around for hundreds of years and has appeared in political documents dating as early as 1989 in the Virginia Declaration of Human Rights. The second point is that not only does freedom encompass what people say, but also includes access to different sources of information, of content, and of interpretations.
