- Authors
Anderson, Matt
- Abstract
The article focuses on the Islamic-compliant financing agreements with the rise of anti-Sharia legislation as a threat to the interest free home financing in Minnesota. It mentions that state courts must take a stance in favor of enforcing Islamic choice of law provisions in financing contracts with information for the Islamic prohibition against paying interest on late payments.
