- Abstract
The article details a study which examined ERBB family expression in neuroblastoma cell lines and patient samples using flow cytometry, western blot and quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (Q-PCR). Response to ERBB inhibition was also examined in vitro using cell-cycle analysis and western blot and in viva by serial tumor-size measurements. The study found EGFR, HER-3 and HER-4 expression in a panel of neuroblastoma cell lines and primary patient tumors.
