- Abstract
The article discusses the land and housing markets in Accra, Ghana. The article studies the high-rocketed prices of the lands and houses and the large gap between the prices of the houses, the wages of the people and their purchasing capacity of houses. A survey was done to study the housing environment and liberalization policies in Ghana. The findings of the research on transnationalism, new houses, new homeowners and housing policy in Ghana are presented.
