- Abstract
The article reports on the approval given by the Bombay High Court to close two units of Hindustan Spinning and Weaving Mills located at Mahalaxmi in Bombay, India. The approval was given by Justice S. Radhakrishnan and Justice V. C. Daga who acted on a petition filed by the company challenging a judgment of a justice in the High Court. The justices also ordered the owners of the mill to pay compensation to their workers. The mills to be closed are the Hindustan Crown Mill and Hindustan Mills Process House.
