- Abstract
Online IT training is a reality caused by absentee learning in schools given the pandemic environment. This training is a substitute for blended learning (traditional + e-learning), which takes place in schools in the subject of Information Technologies, but the current reality introduces some changes in both the understanding of elearning and the understanding of blended learning. Since the prospect of the 2020/21 school year to start again and continue with absentee learning is theoretically possible (and already legally regulated), the preparation of students in Information Technologies must be consistent with it. This study is an attempt to prepare students for the upcoming practical activities in schools (teacher-training practice and pre-graduation pedagogical practice.), and to implement an online learning process they must: master a platform for synchronous, e-learning (BigBlueButton); to analyze its possibilities for realization of frontal, group and individual forms of work organization; to think about the possible transformations of the classical teaching methods through the chosen platform; to synthesize substitute methods and tools for realization of the classical didactic tasks - updating of knowledge and skills, presentation of the new educational content, visualization and demonstration of activities and results, formation and improvement of skills, application of knowledge and skills, transfer of skills and competencies, get feedback. As a result of such preparation, the conceptual framework of online pedagogical design for information technologies training should be formed, including - goals, procedures for learning the content and ways to measure learning outcomes. Recommendations should be defined as those didactic tasks, naturally and those types of lessons, the implementation of which is partially or completely impossible with a platform for synchronous learning, in order to seek additional or alternative solutions for their implementation.
