- Abstract
The article discusses the indirect involvement of international courts (IC) in the mega-politics of territory by focusing on the suitability of regional economic and human rights ICs to deal with mega-political disputes called territorial disputes by proxy (TDbP). Also cited are the legal issues addressed in TDbP cases like property rights of ethnic minorities and the free movement of goods within contested jurisdictions.
