- Abstract
The article discusses the International Marriage Brokerage Industry (IMB), also known as the mail-order bride industry. Particular attention is given to the issue of trafficking women and domestic violence. Topics include the author's opinion on why the IMB should be regulated, various measures discussed in the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA), and an analysis on constitutional challenges to IMBRA, including additional proposals IMBRA should enact to expand its influence on the IMB.
