- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in the case Google Spain SL v. Agencia Española de Protección de Datos and the right to be forgotten and the freedom of expression. It mentions that European privacy and data protection law and identifies the kind of data protection schemes that would resolve the questions raised by Google Spain. It also mentions that Article 11 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
