- Abstract
The present study examines cooperation in class teams from the perspective of class teachers. 181 class teachers were surveyed who collaborate with up to ten other participants. The quality of cooperation and its effects on the work and social behavior of students, as well as the well-being of teachers, were investigated. Differences in the process quality of cooperation with the various class team participants were identified. The study discusses how cooperation in class teams can be addressed in teacher education.
