The effect of irradiation with T-quanta in a dose range from 10[sup 4] to 2 × 10[sup 7] rad on the electrical properties of passive coatings based on low-melting lead borosilicate glasses was studied. It is shown that the irradiation leads to accumulation of a positive charge in the volume of passive coatings. The radiation-induced charge exhibits saturation at an irradiation dose above 5 × 10[sup 6] rad.
