- Abstract
The article presents the findings of a study on whether relaxation techniques help in reducing levels of anxiety of dental patient or not. As per the researchers of the State University of New York at Buffalo, dental patients who play video games or listen recordings while undergoing dental treatment have less discomfort. As stated by Stephen Illig, assistant professor of dentistry, groups which played video games showed more satisfaction compared to those who received dental care only.
