- Abstract
This article focuses on the court ruling given in Retail Clerks Int'l Association, Local Unions Nos. 128 and 633 v. Lion Dry Goods Inc. case. Dispute over assignment of two saleswomen to different selling stations after strike was considered. Arbitrable grievance under contractual agreement contained in a statement of understanding as proposed by the Toledo Labor Management Citizens Committee was also considered.
