The article offers information on relationship between education and poverty and informs that educational policy is an effort made by national government and educational departments to control, reduce, and manage poverty. It informs that poverty causes due to removal of education and reports that government focuses on literacy in policy legislation. It mentions that student's experiences poverty without self-esteem and identity, and it causes intellectual loss of identity of individuals.
