- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on case study of 5-week-old former 38-week female born via cesarean section due to twin breech positioning presented to a pediatric emergency department secondary to abdominal distention. Topics include twins were both average weight for gestational age, received vitamin K and erythromycin, and received routine newborn care prior to discharge on day 2 of life; and patient was exclusively breastfeeding with appropriate weight gain since birth.
