- Abstract
The article focuses on the role of tiny parasitic wasps for combating emerald ash borer (EAB) among ash trees. It states the exploration by Agricultural Research Service (ARS), U.S. Forest Service (FS), and Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) on various wasps that could be beneficial for biological control of EAB such as Oobius agrili, Spathius agrili, and Tetrastichus planipennisi. Also mentioned the effectiveness of specialist parasitoids for EAB invasion control.
