- Abstract
The author reflects on the health risks of nuclear power plant accident. The author argues that Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant disaster on March 11, 2011 due to the tsunami cannot harm totally harm people. The author says that human radiation exposure is characterized in three ways such as the total body exposure due toe close proximity to radiation source. The author adds that acute radiation sickness (ARS) associated to nuclear-reactor accident has not been seen in general population.
