- Abstract
The article presents a study on the use of open-path gas measurement techniques to present a method for areal-averaged emission rates made during periods of low wind speed and stable boundary layers. The study evaluates the proposed alternative fluxgradient approach under the conditions that is not dependent on Monin-Obukhov similarity theory (MOST). It evaluates the approach for two different open-path gas flux measurement campaigns.
