- Abstract
The article discusses a study that evaluated the impact of organic and conventional farming on phenolic acid concentrations in spring and winter wheat cultivars. The examined cultivars exhibited significant differences in concentration of particular compounds, with varying concentrations of phenolic acids in organic and conventional wheat. The total phenolic acid content, as well as levels of ferulic and p-coumaric acids were higher in organic crops.
