- Abstract
The article provides information on a report released by the Victorian Law Reform Commission (VLRC) in Australia. It is stated that the report constitutes the first review by an Australian law reform entity, which includes several recommendations with respect to Part IVA of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976. It is also outlined the class action reform strategy of VLRC that would have major impact on all legal proceedings to govern the conduct of key participants in litigation, which intends to accelerate the disclosure of information in both parties.
