- Abstract
The article discusses the application of Attorney Gag Rule under the U.S. Code Section 53(A)(4) for legal issues related to consumer bankruptcy in the U.S. It informs that the U.S. Bankruptcy Abuse and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA) was introduced in the U.S. on April 14, 2005, which was enacted for regulation of abuses of bankruptcy system. It highlights the impact of the legal case Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A. v. United States on the law.
