- Abstract
The article reports on the selection of the Communication Center and Service Workforce Management Solution from Servigistics by ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Americas Business Unit. ThyssenKrupp Elevator will be using the solution for the optimization of the scheduling and routing of field service technicians and the requisite service parts. The dispatch of some 3,000 field service technicians in North America will be automated with greater effectiveness following the implementation of the solution.
