TWO APARTMENT-TOWER PROJECT PLANNED IN CHICAGO.
- Abstract
The article reports that Fifield Cos. and Pacific Life Insurance Co. are developing 2 residential towers with a total of 857 apartments in Chicago, Illinois, according to GlobeSt.com. The towers will be 41 and 37 stories high and will be built atop a parking garage. The two buildings will be connected by a 15,000-square-foot retail level. Among the other amenities are a 20-seat movie theater, a business center, fitness and recreation facilities and an Internet café. The construction project is expected to be completed by 2009.
