- Abstract
The article discusses preventive measures to mitigate costly lawsuits related to the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act (OADA). According to the article, it is best for businesses to have a written anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies provided to all employees and to train staff of their duties under such policies. Employers should also purchase employment practice liability insurance coverage to account for the potential costs of being named in an anti-discrimination lawsuit.
