- Abstract
The article addresses the challenges faced by the court in the dispute resolution of the antitrust related lawsuits filed by the players of professional sports. Topics discussed include attempts of dispute resolution under the enforcement of the U.S. Clayton Act and the National Labor Relations Act, laws made for the regulation of disputes related to exemption of the laws for the professional sports leagues and the appeals of preliminary injunction in the Brady v. NFL litigation.
