- Abstract
This article presents information on an effective development method for radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers with the use of a digitally-controlled dynamic bias switching (DDBS) integrated circuit (IC). It states that the DDBS IC chooses two different drain bias voltages for the power amplifier. This is done in order to make the most of the efficiency enhancement for the statistical sharing of the signal.
