- Abstract
The article presents the potential for a simulation-based continuing medical education (CME) network in emergency medicine (EM) which emerged during the 2008 "Academic Emergency Medicine (AEM) Consensus Conference. It presents an outline of a program that would provide practicing emergency physicians (EP) an individualized opportunity to engage in a supportive training environment, to receive feedback and evaluate their own skills.
