The article presents a case study of a the diagnosis and treatment of a chiropractic patient with mild sacroiliac pain and functional leg-length inequality. Topics include the testing for a right posterior inferior (PI) complex of the ilium, manual muscle strength and stretch tests, and spinal adjustment methods and sites used for treatment.
