- Abstract
The article discusses the constitutional and statutory provisions of the Eleventh Circuit that is used for religious freedom claims and restrictive inmate grooming standards. It discusses the effect of recent developments in deferential stance on the religious rights of inmates with respect to restrictive grooming policies. It informs that the requirement for restrictive grooming standards must be assessed under the doctrinal interpretation of courts and the Department of Justice.
