- Abstract
The article discusses on the Judiciary Act reforms in U.S. It states that a move was initiated to implement regular appointments to the Supreme Court, limit term for Justices, oust aging Justices, and reform the Court's process of granting review, but despite it did not materialize into law, because the Supreme Court enjoys high public approval ratings.It mentions that Supreme Court's reform is unlikely as it is considered legitimate and it enjoys a reserve of good will with the public.
