Title
GENERATION Y: ENTREPRENEUR.
Abstract
The article discusses the findings on a study by Millennial Branding involving the generation Y Facebook-using professionals in the U.S. The study reveals that 64 percent of the users failed to name their employer on their profiles, and that they only spend an average of over two years at their first job. It adds that the Business and Professional Women's (BPW) Foundation suggests the need for large companies to recruit Gen Y workers to remain competitive.
