- Abstract
The article focuses on the distribution extension and correction of the older record of anura species Itapotihyla langsdorffii in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This frog species is considered susceptible in the Red List of Endangered Species of the state. It notes that its adult male emits advertisement calls from a tree branch of about 190 meter high at a riparian zone and about 50 meters from the edge of a permanent stream. It points out that it has wide and continuous geographical range through the Atlantic Rainforest. It adds that the influence of the Atlantic Rainforest ecosystem spreads up to the Espinhaco Mountain Mountain Range.
