- Abstract
A thin film coating technology was used in the cultivation of Poria cocos(Schw. )Wolf. Using sclerotium formation time and the average weight of sclerotium yield in individual soil pit as performance indicators, the effects of coating film thickness, casing soil thickness, and the angle of wood log placement during the cultivation of Poriacocos were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for sclerotium formation were 0.05 mm coating film, 10 cm thick casing soil and placing wood logs at an angle of 20°. Under the optimal conditions, the sclerotium forming time was 28.72±0.26 dand the average sclerotium in each soil pit weighed 2.49±0.01 kg.
