- Abstract
The article discusses two papers on the benefits of biennial mammography screening to women. Results of the papers showed that the benefits of the screening outweigh the potential harms for women in their 40s at risk of breast cancer. In the first paper, researcher Nicolien van Ravesteyn et al. determined the relative risk at which the harm-benefit ratio of the patients' mammography screening that of women older than 50.
