- Abstract
The article discusses a study which explores whether age should be a contraindication to catheter-directed thrombolysis based on hemorrhagic complication rate. About 58.4% of the survey respondents had access site hemorrhage. Nearly 41.6% of them had intracranial hemorrhage. Using the chi-square analysis, it also found that age is not a factor to limit thrombolysis.
