- Abstract
The EU Commission has decided to expand the reporting obligation for non-financial information in order to create more transparency regarding sustainability. Companies must now publish a comprehensive sustainability report that provides standardized and transparent information on the environment, social issues, and responsible corporate governance. The Berlin-based greentech company Plan A offers digital software-as-a-service solutions that help companies measure, reduce, and report their carbon footprint. Plan A's software platform collects and analyzes emissions and ESG data, creates CO2 reduction plans, and automates reporting. The goal is to achieve the climate targets of the Paris Agreement and limit global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius.
