- Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to emphasise the benefits of use digital marketing as an excellent opportunity for company's business to grow. This paper also studies significance of digital marketing and differences between digital marketing and traditional marketing, the effectiveness of digital tools and social media platforms on success of digital marketing. This research paper can help business owners to integrate digital advertising in their business models and to recognize the usefulness of digital media marketing over traditional advertising strategies. The evolution of digital media has brought innovative changing trend in marketing from traditional to digital marketing. Digital marketing is an umbrella term for the marketing of products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the Internet, but also including mobile phones, display advertising, and any other digital medium. Digital media has changed the way of communication and consumer behaviour. Everything is easily available on just one click. Now the consumer buying behavior is being greatly influenced by the interaction of consumers with digital marketing and social media. Marketers have responded to this vital change by increasing their use of digital marketing channels and effective digital marketing strategies to ensure their marketing efforts are more likely to reach customers and will, in turn, lead to significant commercial benefits. This study may help managers make sense of their digital strategy and navigate the various digital marketing topics. Digital Marketing is defined by the use of numerous digital tactics and channels to connect with customers where they spend much of their time online. There are many types of Digital marketing implementation strategies such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Advertising, website, Affiliate Marketing, Viral marketing.
