- Abstract
The transition process had an impact on the role and position of the unions, that is their position and function in the newly created conditions for talks and relations current economic and social problems and notes that the expense of unions, and how it should be organized in time or modern in the XXI century. Syndicat organization during the transitional period is followed by a series of uncertainties, the transformation of social capital in private, large shift in the protection of social justice and workers' interests. After this period, trade union slowly takes its role in building a strong and sustainable social system in a country and even within the European community as community leaders. There is pluralism in trade union organization and serious participation in the functioning of social dialogue and social communication. Collective bargaining takes place at three levels, at national, sectoral and employer levels. Collective bargaining itself is a complex process and not always normatively regulated, the only necessary political, economic and social process.
