- Abstract
Republic of Kosovo is country under transition, also is in the time of requiring new researches of new cycle based on different researches. Whereby, it is limited significantly regarding requirement of country reconstruction destroyed by the war. With all possible difficulties that Kosovo is really experiencing and which in different in which is trying to solve it, marketing is playing a big important role on the enterprise development, and economical development of the country. Marketing more than that the functioning of the business is involved with business. Today, marketing has to be understood not in the old sense of doing selling and buying and advertisement, but in a new sense of fulfilling requirements of the client. Marketing is not art of the invention of the suitable manners to sell those that are produced. Marketing is art of creation of the real values for client. Marketing is exploring and that one that you think that is not necessary, but is art of the enhancement of the social welfare of the clients. Marketing along with the department of the finance is important on the business development, another important factor is including of the employed staff on the enforcement of the marketing plan, marketing derives from the inside so marketing cannot be realized only from one department, and it has to be manifested in all activities of the company. Employed personnel as the human resource is very important in strategies to realize business effectiveness, is motivation of the employees, those are the best marketing and best promotion and the real of the enterprise in connection to the market and client.
