The article discusses the results of the 2015 Faculty Development Needs Assessment survey conducted by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). Topics covered include the gains made by women across program director and full-time faculty positions, the estimated percentage of program directors who have earned a postbaccalaureate degree and the rise in the number of years involved in education. Also mentioned are the themes of succession planning and leadership development.
