- Abstract
The article reports that the standard of mental health services in Great Britain remains highly variable. According to the Healthcare Commission and the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI), the community mental health services are failing to involve users in decisions about their care and treatment in a routine way. The organization also states that there has been a steady improvement in the range and quality provision.
