- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 61-year-old woman who was admitted for acute renal failure and fever for 6 weeks after receiving her kidney transplant. The patient has underwent a post-operative course and her admission laboratory examination reveals an acute kidney injury. The patient's sections of the allograft biopsy has showed marked neutrophilic inflammation. The article also discusses the patient treated with antifungal therapy with pulse corticosteroids.
